1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of FrameOnce (frameonce.io) and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

FrameOnce is a product photo consistency tool that allows e-commerce sellers to:

• Upload product images for processing
• Create and save Style Presets based on reference photos
• Apply consistent lighting, shadows, and colors across product catalogs
• Download processed images for commercial use

2.1 Geographic Availability

FrameOnce is currently available to users with billing addresses in:

Americas:

• United States
• Canada

Europe:

• All European Union member states (27 countries)
• United Kingdom
• Switzerland
• Norway
• Iceland

We may expand service availability to additional regions in the future. We reserve the right to verify user location and restrict access based on billing address, IP address, or payment method origin.

Users located outside these regions are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service at this time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Credit System

• 1 credit = 1 processed image. All features are included.
• Credits are consumed when you download a processed image.
• Previews are unlimited and do not consume credits.
• Credits do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. New pricing takes effect immediately for new subscriptions.

4.4 Promotional Offers

We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or bonus credits (e.g., double credits for early users). Promotional terms will be clearly communicated at signup and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to paid features until the period ends.
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• Your account reverts to Free tier after cancellation.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are not available after the 14-day period, or for:

• Accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Credits already consumed
• Partial months of service

6. User Content and Licenses

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to FrameOnce. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your images according to your instructions
• Store your images temporarily (7 days) for support purposes
• Create and store Style Presets based on your reference images

We do not:

• Use your images for AI/ML training
• Share your images with third parties
• Use your images for marketing without explicit permission

6.2 Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload all images and that they do not:

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Process illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
• Attempt to reverse engineer our processing algorithms
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7.1 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms
• Suspend or terminate your account for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice
• Remove or delete any content you upload at our sole discretion
• Refuse to process refunds for terminated accounts

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data and uploaded images
• Outstanding subscription fees remain due
• Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"FrameOnce" and associated logos are trademarks of VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

FrameOnce is operated by VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results. Image processing results may vary based on input quality and settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice
• Change features, functionality, or availability of the Service
• Impose new or additional fees at any time
• Refuse service to anyone at any time, with or without notice

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may also modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Mexico, and the decision shall be final and binding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VOIDCRAFT STUDIOS LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
